MOVICON Helical and Bevel-Helical Gearboxes are proven solutions for reliable power transmission in industrial drive systems. They combine high efficiency, robust construction and flexible installation options, making them suitable for a wide range of applications and demanding operating conditions. Designed for continuous duty and high loads, they ensure stable performance, long service life and quiet operation.
Based on a modular design, the gearboxes are available in foot-mounted or shaft-mounted versions and can be installed horizontally or vertically. Multiple housing sizes, gear stages and configuration options allow precise adaptation to application requirements, available space and interface conditions.
Optimized gear geometry, rigid housings and heavy-duty bearing concepts support high torque transmission, efficient load distribution and reliable absorption of axial and reaction forces.
With optional features such as backstops, cooling systems, lubrication concepts and different shaft designs, MOVICON Gearboxes can be configured for demanding duty cycles. Standardized interfaces also enable use as drop-in solutions for retrofit, upgrade and replacement projects.
